These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern use of https://momco.ro (the “Site”), operated by ASOCIAŢIA MOMCO. By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

MomCo Romania is a community of mothers. The Site offers information about the Association’s mission, local groups, events, projects, ways to give, and how to get in touch. The content is informational and communal; it is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

3. Using the Site

You agree to:

• use the Site lawfully and in good faith;
• not attempt to disrupt the Site’s operation, security, or integrity;
• not send illegal, abusive, or defamatory content, or content that infringes others’ rights, through the contact form;
• provide accurate information when you contact us or interact with us.

4. Events, groups, and projects

Information about events (dates, locations, descriptions, “Learn more” / booking links) is published in good faith and may change. Registration, attendance, or event conditions may be detailed on dedicated pages or through external channels. The Association reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change an event; we will share updates through the Site or other channels whenever we can.

The “Find a group near you” map is indicative. Group availability can vary; for current details, write to info@momco.ro.

5. Giving

Gifts can be made by bank transfer, using the details on the Give page. Giving is voluntary. The Association uses funds for its mission (supporting mothers and the MomCo community), in line with legal duties. For confirmations or tax documents, write to info@momco.ro.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, logos, photographs, graphics, and other elements on the Site belong to the Association or its licensors (including, where applicable, The MomCo International) and are protected by law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.

7. Links and third-party services

The Site may contain links to third parties (for example themom.co, social networks) and embedded content (for example Google Maps, Google Analytics). We do not control those parties’ policies or content and are not responsible for them. You use them at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee completeness or the absence of errors. The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update the Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are published means you accept the new version. The date of the last update is shown in the page header.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will first be addressed amicably; otherwise by the competent courts in Romania, unless the law provides otherwise.
